Barber Booth for Ink and Engine Fest 2025

What Will be Provided
Each booth will be supplied:
— 3m wide x 2m deep booth
— 2m of table display space in front of your booth. (Please note these tables are connected to neighbouring booths)
— 2 x domestic 13amp sockets (Please ask in advance if you require more)
— Trader merch bundle
— 2 x folding chairs
— Sharps container
— Clinical waste bags
— Bin bags
— General waste facilities available on-site
— Blood spill kits available on-site
— Hand wash facilities within a short distance from your booth
Ink and Engines Fest Terms and Conditions:
1. The exhibitor shall refer to the individual or company whose name, address, and company details are provided in the sales application form for Ink and Engines Fest.
2. Ink and Engines Fest refers to the organizing company responsible for the event.
3. Ink and Engines Fest will provide the agreed-upon booth space and equipment as outlined in the application form.
4. Payments made by exhibitors are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Procedures:
5.1 - Payments paid are non-refundable under all circumstances.
5.2 - Cancellation before the show could result in not being able to attend the show the following year.
6 - All bookings require full payment to secure the booth space. Without this payment, the registration of interest may be considered unsecured and made available to other prospective exhibitors.
6.1- If full payment has not been made 30 days prior to the event, we reserve the right to resell the booth space. In such cases, we will inform the exhibitor before reallocating the booth.
7. Exhibitors must set up their booths 30 minutes prior to the event's opening time without exception.
7.1 Entry is valid on site from Friday 4th at 4pm until 10pm for setting up. Please note we will
Not be held responsible for any large value items ie machines etc
Entry in Saturday and Sunday from 8am.
7.2 Failure to comply or set up 30 min prior to opening will result in the exhibitor being unable to participate, with all payments becoming non-refundable.
8. The loading area will be closed to exhibitor vehicles 30 minutes before the event opens to the public. Vehicles must be removed and parked in designated areas.
9. Exhibitors must completely clear their trade area by the stated closing time on the final day of the event.
10. All property delivered to the event venue will be at the exhibitor's risk. Any property not reclaimed by midnight on the last day of the event may be disposed of by the company as deemed fit, with no compensation or consultation with the exhibitor.
11. Stand displays will be checked by the company's quality control agent. Exhibitors found to be displaying undesirable goods or services will be required to leave the premises and their booth will be closed. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
12. Exhibitors are not allowed to use PA equipment for any reason.
13. While the company aims to attract a large public audience, it accepts no responsibility for the final number of attendees.
14. The company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitors' equipment, stock, booth, individuals, or vehicles, regardless of the cause. Entry to the event is at the exhibitor's own risk. In the event of cancellation or postponement, no refunds will be given. Instead, the exhibitor will be offered a similar-sized booth at a future Ink and Engines Fest event. It is strongly recommended that exhibitors obtain their own insurance to cover such circumstances.
15. All exhibitors must have adequate Public and Products Liability insurance in place for their participation in the event. A copy of this will need to be forwarded to hello@inkandengines.co.uk prior to the event so we can obtain the relevant registrations. Failure to do so will result in an additional cost of £50 The company reserves the right to inspect insurance certificates, and in case of any dispute regarding sufficiency, the company's decision will be final.
16. The company cannot guarantee exclusivity for any products or services unless expressly authorized by a Director of the company. Employees and salespeople of the company are not authorized to offer exclusivity to exhibitors. The company cannot be held liable for any implied exclusivity not sanctioned by a Director.
17. The company will not provide any compensation to exhibitors or their representatives arising from the convention, these terms and conditions, or any other circumstances.
18. A limited number of promotional entry tickets may be allocated to exhibitors at the discretion of the company. Exhibitors warrant that they will not sell these promotional tickets for profit.
19. All electrical equipment used at the event must have a valid and up-to-date P.A.T. (Portable Appliance Testing) certification. Exhibitors must arrange their own certification. Equipment without a valid certification will not be allowed to be used. Please ensure your equipment is certified prior to the event.
20. All artists must comply with the current Environmental Health bylaws applicable to the local administrative area. Best practice guidelines must be followed as standard.
21. Traders and artists must be prepared to answer any questions posed by authority officers to the best of their ability.
22. barbering on tables is strictly prohibited at Ink and Engines Fest due to health and safety concerns. Anyone observed barbering on tables will be asked to stop and may be required to leave the event as instructed by the venue owners.
23. Only disposable tattooing equipment (tips and grips, etc.) will be allowed for use at Ink and Engines Fest. No facilities will be provided for the cleaning of reusable equipment.
24. Advertisements booked in the Show Guide will be invoiced separately at the end of the event. Payment must be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice. If you would like to be featured in any advertising please email hello@inkandengines.co.uk to discuss the options.
25. By paying for a booth, the booth holder agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
26. All contracts are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the contract will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
