We believe that having a variety of stalls and traders at our festival in the trade village will provide the attendees with a wide variety throughout our shopping village experience.

 T’s and C’s

  • SATURDAY & SUNDAY All traders must be in position no later than 9.30am and ready for trade by 10.00am on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Any vehicle that does not need to be with your stall/stand MUST be parked in the trader car park
  • NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT ON SITE DURING SHOW
  • The show organisers accept no responsibility whatsoever for loss, damage or injury however caused whilst on site.
  • Site gates will open from 7:00am on Saturday and Sunday.
  • All traders MUST make sure their pitch is maintained and operated in a safe manner and hold all relevant public liability insurance. We will contact you one month before the show to get a copy of this.
  • We regret refunds will not be given for any bookings cancelled by the stall holder or causes out of our hands. 
  • Your pitch includes 2 wristbands for yourself and one helper.Any extra wrist bands are £10 per person for trade pitch helpers per day.
  • All traders will show the relevant documents prior to opening on Friday 4th July 2025
