In order to purchase carer tickets:

Please send an email to support@musthavetickets.co.uk with a photo of your Nimbus/ Access or CEA card and details of the tickets you need, such as 1 adult, 2 children, and 1 carer.

The team at must have tickets will manually place the order for you, including the free carer/companion ticket.

You will receive an email with a payment link.

Once the payment is made, your tickets will be sent to you automatically.
