Indoor Booth for Ink and Engines Fest 2027

Saturday 14th August 2027 - 10.30am - 8pm

Sunday 16th August 2027 - 10.30am - 5pm

To book we will require payment in full.

INFO / CLIENTS:

Booth is for access for trader and booth only.

(Helper passes are available at £20 per person Fri-Sun)

BOOTH INCLUDES:

Backing with pipe and draping

2 hooks to hang banners to back of booth

2m of table display space in front of your booth. You will need to provide a table covering.(Please note these tables are connected to neighbouring booths)

2 x folding chairs

OTHER:

Hand wash facilities within a short distance from your booth 

Please ask in advance if you require more hooks 

We ask that you leave your booth as you find it. If your booth is left in an unsatisfactory state you will not be asked to return to any future Ink and Engines Events

We have mops and buckets available if you’d like to mop your booth before, during and after

CAMPING:

If you'd like to camp with us on site, Trader camping is £20 per person for Friday - Sunday.

You can only buy trader camping passes if you have trader passes. 

Campsite will open from 12pm on Friday 13th August 2027.

There will be shower facilities available in the campsite. 

There will be food traders offering breakfast options in the mornings.
