Booth for Ink and Engines Fest 2027

DATES & TIMES:

Tattoo Artists and Piercers 

Friday 13th August 2027 - 2pm - 11pm

Saturday 14th August 2027 - 10.30am - 8pm

Sunday 16th August 2027 - 10.30am - 5pm

COST:

Friday 13th August - Set up from 10am

If you joined us in 2024, 2025 or 2026 your booth will be £350

If you are new to Ink and Engines fest your booth will be £420

To book we will require a £200 deposit. This comes off your final amount to pay. 

INFO / CLIENTS:

Booth is for access for artist only. (Helper passes are available at £20 per person Fri-Sun)

Client Passes - Names of Client and Day (Sat or Sun) attending will need to be emailed to nicola@inkandengines.co.uk prior to Thursday 12th August.

All clients will need general admission tickets and must Park in general parking and enter via the main entrance. They can get one hours early access on Saturday and Sunday from 9.30am via the main entrance.

There is no early access on the Friday for clients. General admission gates will open at 2pm.

BOOTH INCLUDES:

Your artist Registration - Must be on display in booth at all times

3m wide x 2m deep booth, backed with pipe and draping

2 hooks to hang banners to back of booth

2m of table display space in front of your booth. You will need to provide a table covering.(Please note these tables are connected to neighbouring booths)

A side table to work off

2 x domestic 13amp sockets

2 x folding chairs

Sharps container

2 rolls of plenty per day

Available / Fully Booked sign

Clinical waste bag

Bin bag

OTHER:

General waste facilities available on-site

Blood spill kits available on-site

Hand wash facilities within a short distance from your booth - Please use them

Please ask in advance if you require more Plenty, hooks or plug sockets

Wash out cups available from ink and engines info point (see map) Water available from any of the hand wash sinks around the room

If at the end of each day your general or clinical waste is full, please leave your waste bags tied up at the front of your station. These will be removed and replaced with new bags over night

We ask that you leave your booth as you find it. If your booth is left in an unsatisfactory state you will not be asked to return to any future Ink and Engines Events

We have mops and buckets available if you’d like to mop your booth before, during and after

CAMPING:

If you'd like to camp with us on site, Trader camping is £25 per person for Friday - Sunday.

You can only buy trader camping passes if you have artist or helper passes. 

Campsite will open from 12pm on Friday 13th August 2027.

There will be shower facilities available in the campsite. 

There will be food traders offering breakfast options in the mornings.
